Over time, the experience I’ve accumulated allows me to help people find one answer or another. In addition to selling the items I manufacture, I can assist with the most important issue - speakers:
I’ve made improvements to speakers from manufacturers like Dali, Jamo, Wharfedale, and others. With every project, it becomes increasingly clear that the essential difference between a manufacturer’s low-end and high-end speakers is simply a matter of a better or worse crossover. Sometimes it even raises the suspicion that a manufacturer deliberately degrades the sound of lower-priced speakers, meaning they play worse. And sometimes, just replacing one or two components is enough to make the sound more subtle and the frequency response more balanced.
If you need to record live sound in a chamber environment (1–4 instruments or a 2–4 person conversation), I can help. I can't promise studio-quality recordings, but I can definitely produce better audio than your phone. I use Behringer C-2 Stereoset microphones and a Behringer XENYX X1204USB mixer.
